I look at art in a political frame–who makes it why & where, out of what conditions, who is it for, who decides its value, who owns, who gives, who are the artists not shown. The foundation of my art is communities of working people asserting their human right to life and safe environment against hate and greed. Below are a handful of countless individual artists & justice organizations whose merging of art with activisim illuminates and powers our lives.
